Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days from the date you retrieve your package, provided the item is:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- In a condition suitable for resale. (stain and odor free)

Return Process:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to report any damage, defects, or discrepancies. After this period, we cannot accept returns or claims.
- Include detailed descriptions and photos of any issues (e.g., print errors, damage or incorrect items) when reporting.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that are opened, used, or not in resalable condition cannot be returned.
- If the product is tried on it must be odor and stain free.
- If a package is not retrieved from the post office or delivery point, a €20 penalty fee will be charged to the customer to cover handling and return costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs and the €20 penalty fee are non-refundable.
