Return Policy

 

Returns

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days from the date you retrieve your package, provided the item is:
    • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • In a condition suitable for resale. (stain and odor free)
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to report any damage, defects, or discrepancies. After this period, we cannot accept returns or claims.
    2. Include detailed descriptions and photos of any issues (e.g., print errors, damage or incorrect items) when reporting.
    3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that are opened, used, or not in resalable condition cannot be returned.
  • If the product is tried on it must be odor and stain free.
Unclaimed Packages
  • If a package is not retrieved from the post office or delivery point, a €20 penalty fee will be charged to the customer to cover handling and return costs.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs and the €20 penalty fee are non-refundable.
