The Site is operated by Premium Loot Oy and is powered by Shopify, an e-commerce platform that enables us to provide our products and services to you.

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or clicking to accept or agree to these Terms when this option is made available to you, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Shipping and Returns Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

By agreeing to these Terms, you specifically acknowledge that you have read and fully understand our Shipping and Returns Policy, including details on processing times (2–6 weeks), customer responsibility for shipping costs, return eligibility (within 30 days for unopened, unused items in resalable condition), the 48-hour reporting window for damages or issues, the €20 penalty for unclaimed packages, and the transfer of risk upon shipment.

Shopify handles all payment processing, and your payment data is subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (as outlined in our Shipping and Returns Policy) are your responsibility and will be added at checkout where applicable.

5. Shipping and Returns

All shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you have reviewed and agree to the Shipping and Returns Policy in full.

Our Site is built and hosted on Shopify, a third-party e-commerce platform. By using the Site, you acknowledge that certain features, such as payment processing, inventory management, and order fulfillment, are powered by Shopify. Your interactions with these features are also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Shopify's services, though we will assist in resolving them where possible.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
